We caught up with Cam Twister after he drove his 1967 Ford F-100 4x4 from Springfield, Missouri to the Diff & Dunkin Jamboree — hosted by Ethan from @4Speed_Garage.
Nearly 4,000 miles round trip, all in an old-school rig that still pulls its weight.
